TheWellnessGPT exists to give you the real answer about your health, including the times when the honest answer is "you don't need to buy anything." These are the standards we hold every article to.

Mechanism and evidence before recommendation

We explain how something is meant to work, and how strong the evidence actually is, before we ever name a product. A supplement with one small study behind it is not the same as one backed by decades of trials, and we say which is which. The evidence is the point; the product is secondary.

We compare the real options

A credible answer weighs the actual choices on the same terms, across brands, formats, and price points. We name products openly and fairly, and we recommend a specific one only where it genuinely fits. When a cheaper option does the same job, or when food beats a supplement, we say so. When the honest answer is "see a doctor," we say that too.

Where our information comes from

For how ingredients and interventions work, we lean on established, independent sources such as the U.S. National Institutes of Health Office of Dietary Supplements, peer-reviewed research and Cochrane reviews, Examine, Mayo Clinic, and the UK's NHS. We do not invent statistics, percentages, or efficacy claims. Prices vary by region, so we tell you to check the current listing where you live.

Our independence

Recommendations on this site are editorial decisions, based on how something works and what it costs. They are not paid placements, sponsored slots, or pay-to-rank. If that ever changes for a specific piece, we will label it clearly.

Accuracy and updates

Wellness research evolves and products change. We revise articles as that happens, and show a published or updated date on each one so you know how current it is.

Not medical advice

Everything here is educational. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. For persistent or worsening symptoms, and before starting any new supplement (especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a health condition, or taking medication), please see a doctor or pharmacist.
